Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Project Manager with a strong emphasis on Agile to join a globally distributed team. You will lead cross-functional software development efforts, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure timely delivery and quality in a fully remote environment.

The role requires proven experience with Scrum/Kanban, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects across time zones. Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Agile software projects in a remote setting.
• Certified Scrum Master or similar Agile certification preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written communication for global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and resources in an Agile framework.
• Foster collaborative team environment and continuous improvement.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Track progress with project tools and manage backlogs transparently.
• Remove impediments to ensure timely delivery.
