Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Project Manager specialized in Agile Delivery to join a dynamic virtual team. You will guide Agile teams through the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of digital products and features in a fully online setting.

The role requires deep Agile understanding, excellent facilitation, and the ability to foster a collaborative remote environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution in virtual settings.
• CSM certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) to deliver projects.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and manage backlogs.
• Collaborate with product owners and development teams on release plans.
• Remove impediments and communicate with stakeholders remotely.
• Track progress using Agile metrics and team velocity.
