Qualifications

• A relevant degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in social support, counseling, or case management.
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and understanding their unique challenges.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and digital case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual counseling, guidance, and support to individuals and families experiencing social difficulties.
• Assist clients in identifying needs and accessing community resources, social programs, and government assistance.
• Conduct virtual needs assessments and develop personalized support plans.
• Facilitate online support groups and educational workshops for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using secure digital platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies via digital communication channels to coordinate client care.
• Advocate for clients' needs with service providers and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on relevant social policies, legislation, and available community resources.
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of remote service delivery models.
