Placements24 is seeking a remote Support Navigator to guide clients in accessing community services across South Africa. You will act as the primary contact, assess needs remotely, and connect individuals and families with resources and government programs.

The ideal candidate has a relevant qualification and at least two years in social services, with strong digital communication skills for remote engagement.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Social Work, Community Development, Public Health, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in community support, social services, or client navigation.
• Experience assisting individuals with accessing services.
• Proficient with digital communication tools, CRM software, and online research.
• Strong verbal and written communication for remote engagement.
• Empathetic, client-centered approach and ability to work remotely.

Responsabilités

• Provide virtual guidance and support to clients seeking community and social services.
• Assist clients in navigating complex service systems and completing applications.
• Conduct needs assessments remotely to understand client requirements and challenges.
• Connect clients with local resources, support groups, and government agencies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records using online case management systems.
• Offer information and emotional support in a professional, empathetic manner.
