The successful candidate will perform remote case management, conduct needs assessments, guide clients to government services, and maintain confidential records while collaborating with a remote team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field.
• Professional registration or eligibility for registration with a relevant regulatory body.
• Demonstrated experience in social work, counseling, or community support roles.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools, case management software, and standard office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote interaction.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and maintain client confidentiality in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote case management and support services to clients via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Conduct virtual needs assessments and develop tailored support plans for individuals and families.
• Guide clients through accessing online resources, government benefits, and community services.
• Offer empathetic listening, supportive counseling, and crisis intervention through digital platforms.
• Maintain detailed and confidential electronic client records and progress reports.
