Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified leads for the enterprise sales team. You will drive outbound prospecting, build pipeline, and engage key decision-makers from anywhere in a fully remote setup.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in SDR/lead generation within SaaS, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with CRM and engagement tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation or similar outbound sales role in SaaS.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas for generating qualified leads and meetings.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with ability to tailor outreach to prospect needs.
• Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, and a dedicated home office setup with reliable internet.

Responsabilités

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media to identify and qualify leads.
• Research target accounts and key contacts to understand business needs and challenges.
• Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage prospects and generate interest in SaaS solutions.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and meetings booked.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to align messaging and campaigns.
• Use CRM and sales tools to track activity and report progress.
• Contribute to SDR process improvements and playbooks.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in outbound prospecting.
