Placements24 is seeking a Senior Hotel Operations Manager to oversee remote, multi-property operations for a growing hospitality group. You will align on-site teams with corporate leadership, develop strategic plans, monitor KPIs, and drive profitability from a home office.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in hotel management, strong P&L and budgeting skills, and exceptional virtual leadership. A Bachelor's in Hospitality or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in hotel management with 3+ years in senior operations.
• Experience managing multi-property or large-scale operations remotely.
• Strong leadership, communication and virtual collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple hotel properties remotely.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to boost guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Manage budgets, control costs and ensure profitability.
• Lead on-site teams via virtual channels and provide feedback.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements across properties.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
