The role requires 8+ years in hospitality management, strong leadership and financial acumen, and proficiency with hospitality software and remote collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in hospitality management.
• Proven track record of managing multiple properties or a large-scale operation.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and P&L statements.
• Proficiency in hospitality management software and remote collaboration tools.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
• Experience in remote team management is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities
