Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing remote teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting and cost control in hospitality.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and oversee operational strategies to enhance service delivery and guest satisfaction across managed properties.
• Manage budgets, optimize resources and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Lead and mentor remote operational teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and finance to align plans with business objectives.
• Drive innovation in processes and service offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
• Oversee procurement and vendor relationships ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Implement and refine SOPs for all operational functions to ensure consistency.
• Resolve escalated guest complaints and operational issues promptly.
