Placements24 is partnering with a leading hospitality group to appoint a Director of Hotel Operations in a fully remote leadership capacity. You will oversee a multi-property portfolio, set operational standards, and drive performance improvements across the guest journey.

With 10+ years in hotel operations and at least 5 in senior leadership, you will manage budgets, implement KPIs, and mentor hotel managers from a remote-first hub.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in hotel operations management including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing multi-property portfolios and driving improvements.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and remote team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in hotel operations software and management systems.
• Solid understanding of Hospitality & Tourism industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance guest satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability across properties.
• Establish high service standards across the customer journey.
• Oversee budgets, cost control, and resource allocation to maximize financial performance.
• Lead and develop hotel managers and operational staff remotely.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
