Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Hospitality Operations Manager to lead remote operations across multiple properties. You will drive service quality, profitability, and guest satisfaction while managing cross‑functional teams from afar.

The role requires a minimum of 7 years in hospitality leadership, strong financial, marketing, and operational know‑how, and proficiency with hospitality management software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hospitality management with leadership in operations.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and operations with modern tools.
• Strong understanding of hotel/restaurant operations, financial management, and marketing principles.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire cross-location teams.
• Proficiency in hospitality management software and standard office tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance service quality and profitability.
• Oversee daily operations including F&B, housekeeping, guest services, and events across properties.
• Lead and mentor remote operational teams with virtual communication and management.
• Analyze operational data; identify trends; implement data-driven efficiency strategies.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and resolve escalated guest issues.
