The role requires 7+ years in hospitality operations, strong budgeting and P&L skills, and proven success managing virtual teams. A Bachelor's in Hospitality or related field is required; a Master's is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in hospitality management with operations leadership.
• Experience leading remote/virtual teams.
• Strong budgeting, P&L and financial oversight.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with hospitality software and collaboration tools.
