Placements24 is seeking a Senior Remote Hotel Operations Manager to oversee multiple properties from a home office. The role focuses on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and profitability across the portfolio, with strategic initiatives to drive efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in hotel operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing hotel operations remotely or with a distributed team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and P&L statements effectively.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and remote collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Deep understanding of the hospitality industry and current market trends.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for essential on-site visits or team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of designated hotels, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, guest satisfaction scores, and revenue generation.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Lead and mentor on-site management teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Monitor online reviews and guest feedback, implementing corrective actions and service enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy and promote hotel services.
• Implement and manage technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance guest experience.
• Conduct remote property inspections and audits to ensure quality and consistency.
