Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in luxury hotel operations management, incl. senior leadership.
• Proven track record in large-scale ops with remote leadership.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations.
• Experience using hotel mgmt software and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction across luxury properties.
• Oversee daily hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
• Manage operational budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, ensure profitability.
• Lead and mentor remote operational teams with a focus on high performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across locations.
• Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and improve workflows.
• Analyze data and guest feedback to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers.
• Champion adoption of new technologies and tools for remote collaboration and ops.
• Uphold luxury service standards across touchpoints.
