The role requires 7–10 years in hotel operations, strong P&L skills, and proven remote leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years in hotel operations with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple properties and remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Oversee daily hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and identify revenue opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a remote hospitality team.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
• Report performance and strategic plans to stakeholders.
