Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive hospitality management experience.
• 3+ years in a senior operational role.
• Experience managing multiple hospitality venues or a large single establishment.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, F&B, and event management.
• Proven budgeting and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership and remote team management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration preferred.
• Reliable internet connection with a dedicated home office space.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance service quality and profitability.
