About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding online retailer, is seeking an experienced and strategic Remote Senior E-commerce Operations Manager to lead their digital fulfillment and supply chain initiatives. This is a critical, fully remote position responsible for overseeing the entire e-commerce operational workflow, from order processing to last-mile delivery, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of e-commerce logistics, inventory management, and process optimization, with a proven ability to manage remote teams and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end e-commerce operational strategies, including order fulfillment, warehousing, inventory management, and shipping.


• Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery times across all channels.


• Oversee inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.


• Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carriers, and suppliers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.


• Lead and mentor a remote team of operations specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.


• Implement and utilize technology solutions and data analytics to monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive data-driven decision-making.


• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices for e-commerce operations.
