Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Remote E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of their online order fulfillment and logistics. This fully remote position is critical for ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience from order placement to delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, supply chain management, inventory control, and customer service within an online retail context. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence and scalability for the **Soweto**-based business, working independently from your chosen location. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment process.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy across all online platforms and warehouses.
• Develop and implement efficient logistics and shipping strategies to optimize delivery times and costs.
• Monitor and analyze key operational metrics (e.g., order accuracy, on-time delivery, shipping costs).

Requirements
