Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Senior Operations Manager, with a strong focus on e-commerce logistics and supply chain.
• Demonstrable expertise in warehouse management, inventory planning, and transportation management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Proficiency in relevant software, such as WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead teams effectively in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating operational risks.
