Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to fuel our pipeline. You will be the first contact for potential clients, conducting outbound calls, pre-qualifying leads, and driving discovery meetings with senior sales teams.

This fully remote role targets UK business hours (GMT/BST) and offers a competitive base salary with uncapped incentives in the fast-growing renewable energy and tech sectors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound B2B sales.
• Experience in renewable energy, solar, clean tech, sustainability, utilities, energy consulting, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume outbound calling with resilience and professionalism.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable leading technical demonstrations and screen-share sessions.
• Able to work during UK business hours (GMT/BST).

Responsibilities

• Execute 50 high-quality cold and warm calls daily to pre-qualified lead lists.
• Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings for the senior sales team.
• Conduct live screen-share sessions to provide platform walkthroughs and product education.
• Manage and close low-value sales opportunities directly to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Maintain rigorous activity logs and lead updates within the CRM.
• Align outreach efforts with UK office hours to maximize engagement with our core market.
