Huzzle.com is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive high-volume outreach and build a robust sales pipeline. You will play a vital role in our staffing firm, working directly with clients while helping to solve their hiring challenges.

This fully remote position offers a path toward career advancement into Account Management or Business Development roles. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with key sales tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in the Staffing industry.
• Direct placement sales experience required.
• Proficient in lead generation and managing email sequences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting with 80-100 calls daily.
• Manage leads through the outreach lifecycle using HubSpot.
• Set 5-7 qualified appointments per week.
