Bring at least 2 years in SDR/BDR, strong written communication, and familiarity with tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; SaaS or agency experience encouraged.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and improve targeting with the sales team.
