Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Sales Development Representative across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel: researching accounts, sourcing decision makers, and booking meetings to fuel the pipeline while presenting Blacksmith Agency as the first impression to potential clients.

This remote role requires 2 years in an SDR/BDR capacity, strong written communication, and familiarity with tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
