Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or equivalent
• Ability to research and build lists for targeted outreach
• Strong written communication and personalization skills
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo) and CRM
• Self-motivated, gritty, coachable and able to manage a pipeline

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
