Overseas is seeking a Business Development Representative to own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for its fast-growing B2B SaaS tools targeting accounting firms and finance teams.

You will perform cold calls, outbound emails, and inbound lead responses, booking demos for the sales team with a phone-first approach and strong pipeline ownership. This is a 100% remote role with US business hours and USD compensation.

Qualifications

• Prior outbound cold-calling experience with a track record of booking meetings from cold conversations.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls all day with a confident, natural, and professional phone presence.
• Proficiency with HubSpot for CRM management, sequence execution, and activity logging.
• Fluent, clear, and professional spoken English — phone-first role.
• Strong written communication for outbound email and follow-up.
• Organized and disciplined with clean CRM habits and consistent follow-through on open outreach threads.
• Available to work full-time during US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation through cold calls and targeted email outreach.
• Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for the sales team.
• Log all activity in HubSpot and maintain clean pipeline data.
• Meet daily/weekly call volume and meeting booking targets.
• Track outreach metrics and contribute to pipeline reporting.
