Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Sales Development Representative to own high-volume outbound prospecting and follow-up for a fast-growing company. You will engage cold prospects, re-activate inactive accounts, support pipeline creation, and respond to inbound inquiries — all within a structured, metrics-driven outbound motion. This is a pure execution role.

High activity, clear metrics, no fluff. You will be making calls and sending emails every day, hitting daily activity targets, and keeping the CRM

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, outbound, inside sales, or lead generation.
• Fluent English across reading, writing, and speaking; phone and email-first role.
• Strong written communication with clear, concise emails that do not read as spam.
• Confident, natural phone presence with ability to handle objections.
• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM for logging activity and pipeline management.
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to multitask across multiple tools.
• Fast typing and attention to detail.
• Quiet, professional calling environment and reliable high-speed internet.
• Self-disciplined and coachable, measured against daily/monthly metrics.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting and Cold Outreach: send high-volume outbound emails, call daily, write non-spammy emails.
• Account Follow-Up and Reactivation: re-engage inactive or stalled accounts and support reorders.
• Inbound Response: respond promptly to inquiries and qualify leads.
• CRM and Activity Management: log activity, maintain clean pipeline, meet daily/monthly targets.
