Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline for a B2B sales platform. You will prospect into SMB and mid-market accounts, conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, and book meetings for the sales team while leveraging AI tools to accelerate research and personalization.

This full-time role is 100% remote, with weekend shifts and rotating schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in SDR or outbound sales with a track record of booked meetings.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Proficient in using AI tools (Claude or ChatGPT) for research and outreach personalization.
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft).

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to target accounts.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP criteria and maintain clean CRM records.
• Use AI tools daily to research accounts, draft personalized messaging, and improve outreach efficiency.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team and ensure smooth handoffs with full context.
