Job summary

Exclusively Remote is seeking a confident SaaS Sales Representative to join our growing technology business. This remote role targets small businesses, entrepreneurs, and independent operators, with a focus on B2B SaaS sales.

You will conduct outbound cold calls (80+ daily), follow up leads, demonstrate the platform’s value, and guide prospects through the sales process from first contact to closing, while maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Must have SaaS sales experience.
• Proven experience in B2B/B2C/outbound/business development or similar sales environment.
• Strong outbound and cold-calling experience.
• Experience making 80+ outbound calls per day.
• Experience selling software, technology, subscriptions, or related solutions.
• Excellent consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation and closing skills.
• Confident explaining technology and demonstrating value of a SaaS product.
• Commercially minded with ability to identify needs and connect to the solution.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
• Strong communication, organisational, and CRM skills.
• Reliable internet connection and own laptop.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to small businesses, entrepreneurs, and independent operators.
• Follow up with company-provided leads to generate new sales opportunities.
• Speak with business owners and end users to understand needs and demonstrate value.
• Introduce and sell the SaaS platform by communicating features, benefits, and value.
• Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact to closing.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, follow-ups, and pipeline in CRM.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
