Somewhere is hiring its first Sales Development Representative to build a robust pipeline and open new accounts. Reporting directly to the owner, you will work with leadership on targeting, messaging, and deal strategy.

This hands-on, high-impact role focuses on warm intent signals, website leads, and outbound campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn to book qualified meetings with key decision-makers. As success grows, you may close smaller accounts directly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SDR/BDR or outbound quota-carrying roles selling logistics, courier, or other B2B services.
• Strong cold-calling skills, objection handling, and clear outbound emails.
• Hands-on CRM experience (GoHighLevel), prospecting tools (ZoomInfo), and AI productivity tools (Claude).
• Familiarity with vendor onboarding and how hospitals, labs, and law firms procure outside services.
• Disciplined, coachable, and data-focused with reliable follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting & lead gen across target verticals with multi-touch sequences.
• Warm & intent follow-up by rapidly contacting inbound leads and routing signals.
• Qualification & scheduling: identify decision-makers and book discovery meetings.
• CRM hygiene: keep GoHighLevel records accurate and up-to-date.
• Pipeline growth: meet weekly activity targets and monthly meetings booked.
