Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Sales Development Representative to own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for a fast-moving B2B company. You will identify target accounts, conduct outbound outreach via phone and email, qualify prospects, and book meetings for the sales team.

You will work in a fully remote role with a focus on business-to-business outreach to decision-makers, speaking and writing in fluent English on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Prior B2B sales development or outbound sales experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and sending cold emails to business decision-makers.
• Experience with a CRM platform for logging activity and managing pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and key decision-makers within each organization.
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone and email daily.
• Write personalized cold emails and follow-up sequences.
• Handle objections and move conversations toward booked meetings.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP criteria.
• Book qualified meetings with full context and notes.
• Log outreach activity and next steps in the CRM.
• Maintain clean pipeline records and track outreach metrics.
• Meet daily/weekly outreach targets and monthly meeting goals.
