BruntWork is seeking a Sales Development Representative to lead outbound outreach in the IT and telecom sectors. You will break through gatekeepers, uncover key business opportunities, and schedule high-value appointments for senior IT consultants, driving pipeline growth in a fast-paced tech sales environment.

This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), company-provided hardware and security, and an incentive-driven commission plan tied to performance milestones

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, appointment setting and cold calling.
• Strong communication style with phone presence and resilience.
• Familiarity with IT/telecom landscapes is a plus.
• Comfortable working with monthly/quarterly quota objectives.
• Experience using sales engagement tools and CRMs like Apollo.io.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling, telesales, and telemarketing outreach to prospects.
• Reach out to decision makers and navigate past gatekeepers and screeners.
• Identify customer business challenges within IT and telecom space.
• Secure appointments and hand off qualified leads to IT consultants.
• Manage prospecting and pipeline data using Apollo.io or CRM platforms.
• Execute outbound campaigns targeting white space clients and global footprints.
