Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify decision-makers and business challenges.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, social media) to global businesses.
• Engage potential clients to understand needs and articulate value of solutions.
• Research target companies and decision-makers to tailor outreach.
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or product demos for Account Executive team.
• Maintain CRM records and collaborate with sales/marketing teams.
• Aim to exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and meetings.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
• Provide market feedback to management.
