BruntWork is seeking an Outbound B2B Sales Development Representative to drive high-ticket deals by engaging conveyancers, buyers agents, and other professionals. You will qualify warm leads, perform outbound calls, and book high-value appointments while ensuring smooth CRM handovers.

The role requires 3+ years of proven success, exceptional English communication, and the ability to operate in a remote, international market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven success in high-ticket sales (B2B).
• Experience qualifying warm leads and handling objections.
• Strong communication with Australian business culture and market nuances.

Responsibilities

• Qualify warm CRM leads and conduct high-volume outbound calls to businesses; identify pain points, book appointments, and ensure smooth handovers.
• Conduct outbound follow-ups with existing customers to collect documentation and IDs; explain steps and assist with completion in CRM.
• Dialer usage: 100–200 calls per day with high-quality conversations and precise CRM notes.
