Overseas is seeking a Sales Development Representative to own high-volume outbound prospecting and follow-up for a fast-growing company. You will engage cold prospects, reactivate inactive accounts, and support pipeline creation in a metrics-driven outbound motion.

This is a pure execution role with daily calls and emails, a clear playbook, and defined expectations, requiring a confident phone presence and sharp, non-spam emails.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, outbound, inside sales, or lead generation.
• Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking.
• Strong written communication; write clear, concise cold emails.
• Confident, natural phone presence to handle objections.
• Experience with a CRM (Salesforce or similar) to log activity.
• Fast typing and high attention to detail.
• Quiet, professional calling environment and reliable internet.
• Self-disciplined and coachable; measured against daily/monthly metrics.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting and Cold Outreach: high-volume emails and daily calls.
• Account Follow-Up and Reactivation: re-engage inactive accounts and support expansions.
• Inbound Response: promptly handle inbound inquiries and qualify leads.
• CRM and Activity Management: log activity, maintain pipeline with clear next steps.
