Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Sales Development Representative to own pure outbound cold calling for a fast-moving B2B data and sales intelligence platform. You will work from pre-built prospect lists, make high-volume outbound calls, and convert cold contacts into booked meetings for the sales team.

This is a cold calling role with no inbound leads, and you will be dialing cold prospects daily, handling objections, and booking meetings through volume and skill.

Qualifications

• Experience with outbound cold calling and booking meetings from cold conversations.
• Confident, resilient phone presence with ability to handle high call volume.
• Fluent, clear, professional spoken English for a phone-only role.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to B2B prospects from pre-built lists.
• Qualify interest and book meetings for the sales team.
• Log all call activity, outcomes, and notes in the CRM after every call.
