Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and book discovery calls while using tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in SDR/BDR roles, strong written communication, and the ability to personalize outreach. This is a fully remote SA role with volume outreach and collaboration with the sales team.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
