This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touches.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong written communication skills and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Shows the ability to tailor outreach messages to target accounts and decision makers.
• Exhibits grit, curiosity and coachability in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Comfortable using outbound tools and managing a sales pipeline.
• Experience in SDR/BDR roles or SaaS/agency environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
