Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality outreach. Remote role within South Africa; full-time position.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or agency/SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
