Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa, offering a full-time remote position. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking discovery calls for our Account Executives.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in SDR/BDR roles, with strong written communication and familiarity with tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
