Placements24 is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our vibrant sales team. This role focuses on front-end sales: identifying and qualifying leads and setting up meetings for Account Executives in a fully remote arrangement.

You will build a strong pipeline by generating high-quality opportunities, engage prospects across regions, and collaborate with marketing to refine strategies. A successful candidate is motivated, organized, and eager to grow into an Account Executive role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and objection-handling abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to manage time remotely.
• Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce) and sales tools.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs.
• Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain records in the CRM and track activities.
