Placements24 seeks a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a fully remote team in South Africa. You will generate qualified leads, research targets, and initiate conversations via email, phone, and social media to drive the sales pipeline.

This role offers extensive training, mentorship, and a performance-based commission structure. You will collaborate with marketing and sales to refine campaigns and achieve monthly targets while working remotely from anywhere in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads and activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine campaigns.
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings.
