Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a growing tech sales team in a fully remote role. Based anywhere, with Cape Town area knowledge advantageous, you will identify and qualify leads, initiate conversations, and build a strong pipeline for Account Executives.

You will engage via calls, emails and social outreach, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation. A base salary plus uncapped commission and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to work independently in a remote setup.
• Tech-savvy with interest in technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients to build a lead pipeline.
• Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and social channels.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the AE team.
• Maintain CRM records and help refine lead gen strategies.
