Placements24 is seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join a fast-growing tech start-up. This remote-friendly role focuses on identifying and qualifying potential leads for our software solutions while working from Stellenbosch, Western Cape, or remotely.

You will conduct outreach via calls, emails, and social channels, qualify prospects, and schedule discovery calls for the Account Executive team. A passion for technology and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Experience with CRM platforms is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential leads through online channels.
• Initiate contact via calls, emails, and social media.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations.
• Articulate the value proposition of software solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of activities and leads.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to refine lead gen.
• Help build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Meet monthly activity and qualified-lead targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
