Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Sales Development Representative in South Africa. You will identify and qualify potential leads, initiate contact with prospects, and generate interest in our client's solutions from a fully remote setup.

You will conduct discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and coordinate with the Account Executive team to schedule meetings and product demonstrations, while maintaining up-to-date CRM records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives.
• Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and research potential clients through various channels.
• Initiate contact with prospective customers via phone, email, and social platforms to introduce offerings.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and business objectives, qualifying leads.
• Articulate the value proposition clearly and persuasively.
• Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
