Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify leads from anywhere in South Africa. You will initiate contact, research accounts, and set up meetings for Account Executives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

The role emphasizes self-motivation, excellent communication, and remote work readiness, with comprehensive training and a performance-based commission structure.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, lead generation or customer service is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage time and work effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities via phone, email and social media.
• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads to fit ICP.
• Articulate value proposition of products and services clearly.
• Schedule qualified meetings and product demos with AE team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all activities.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine lead-gen efforts.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for leads and appointments.
