Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You should bring at least 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, familiarity with outbound tooling (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo), and comfort with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
