Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an early-stage Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching ideal accounts, identifying decision makers and booking discovery calls for Account Executives from a remote base in South Africa.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, strong written communication, and experience with Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong written communication with the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
