Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking energetic Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.

As an SDR, you will craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone, maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce and SalesLoft, and continually test messaging to improve targeting.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Experience with outbound outreach and multi-channel sequences.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
