Blacksmith Agency LLC in South Africa is hiring Sales Development Representatives to own the top of the funnel. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You’ll use LinkedIn, email, and phone to create high-quality outreach and maintain clean Salesforce/SalesLoft records. We seek candidates with 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus, and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
