Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel activities across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and book discovery calls for our Account Executives, while maintaining clean CRM records.

The ideal candidate has 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, strong written communication, and hands-on experience with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.

• Test messaging, optimize targeting and feedback loops with the sales team.
